Hai thar! It has been a looong time. I've been lurking here for the last year but I haven't been too active. I'm a bit annoyed by the fact that for the last years I haven't been drawing too much, I'm nearly at the end of my career, and I think I should start drawing more, much more, in preparation for my "adult" life *gasp*. For some reasons related to my university, this year I should have a more flexible schedule. Next term I don't have classes, only tutorships and exams (although I suppose teachers might ask me to go to some lectures), so in theory I'd be able to manage my time more freely even though I'm going to have many subjects.
I've been planning for a long time to try doing commissions, but I've never felt prepared enough. But since this year I'm in a good enough situation, and it won't get any better in next years (hopefully, I should have a job by then), I though it's now or never. I'm not too confident with my skills, but I'm sure I'll improve quickly with enough practice.
I'll be busy for a week or so, and I have no idea about the pricing, so I'll figure these things out in the next weekend (suggestions are welcome). I'll start picking one or two requests to test my speed and skills, and depending on the results I'll decide how many commissions to pick every month.
In case anybody wants them. <_<
In the meantime, this month before classes start, I'll be working on a couple forgotten projects I have in my folder that I should have finished months ago, to give some life back to my account and hopefully get more visibility.
Till next time!
Update: (even if nobody cares) No, I didn't forget about this. <_< The stuff I had to do last week got delayed for a couple weeks so I'll be busy a bit longer. I suppose I'll formally make the commissions post before October.
